If only we all had 8-hours a day to game—imagine how good you'd be at gameplay. Instead, we're stuck at our jobs, working instead of looting treasure boxes, chasing down bosses, and saving the fair maiden in the endgame mission! Stuck on level 1, casual gamers have to be a bit opportunistic with their gaming, dialing down their screen time to a measly 30 minutes per week just to maintain muscle memory of the controls. We can't go too long without playing or we'll be faced with an even more troubling realization: A skill issue.

Alas, as we desperately try to carve out some spare time in our busy schedules, gaming seems to take a backseat to 'adult responsibilities' like laundry, groceries, and taking that phone call from your mother-in-law. But the way I see it, gamers just need to seize the day, capturing the spare moments of life with their Dualshock controllers, PC keyboards, or whatever Gameboy still works in the house. Because we need a little more games in our lives—and we're not afraid to admit it anymore.

Most of us have no clue what we look like when we game. Take my husband for example. Whenever he does some sort of risky maneuver, game parkour, or just general combat, his lips come to life and roam around, creating the funniest, squirmiest expressions known to man. He never knew until I started filming him, of course, but alas, his involuntary facial movement is too funny to pass up.
